Simple pricing

A claim is a one-time event, so the main way to pay is one time too. There is a monthly option if you prefer it, but for most people a Claim Pass costs less — a claim usually runs longer than seven months. Starting is free, and no card is required.

The plans

Start on Free. A Claim Pass lifts the limits on one claim; Plus lifts them on every claim while you subscribe.

Free

$0

Everything you need to see whether this helps.

  • Upload your policy, receipts, estimates and letters
  • Coverage explained in plain language, citing your own pages
  • Loss-of-use expenses, mileage and a belongings inventory
  • Ask the assistant about your own documents
  • Reports, with a small “Created free with Havn.ai” credit line

Limits: 25 documents per claim, 10 assistant actions and 40 lookups a day, 25 documents read a day. Emailing the finished packet from the app needs a Claim Pass or Plus.

Claim Pass

$199 one time

One claim, for 24 months — longer than most claims last.

  • Everything in Free, with room for the whole claim
  • Higher daily limits for the assistant and document reading
  • Reports without the credit line
  • Email the finished packet straight to your adjuster or contractor

Does not renew. Nothing to cancel. Bought in the iPhone app, from inside the claim it applies to.

Plus

$29 /month

Every claim on your account, while you're subscribed.

  • Everything in the Claim Pass, across all your claims
  • Useful if you're managing more than one loss at once
  • Cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings

Renews monthly until cancelled. Bought in the iPhone app. Most people are better off with a Claim Pass — a claim usually outlasts seven months.

Havn.ai organizes, records, drafts and explains. It does not file, submit, or negotiate anything with your insurer — and no plan changes what your policy covers.

Pricing questions

What does the free plan include?

Every feature on this site, with limits: 25 documents per claim, 10 assistant and AI actions a day (questions, letter explanations, estimate-line explanations), 40 address and price lookups a day, 25 documents read a day, and 5 reports a day that carry a small “Created free with Havn.ai” line. Emailing the finished packet from the app is not in the free plan. We don't ask for a card, and there is nothing to cancel.

Why a one-time pass instead of a subscription?

Because a claim is not a habit. You have one, it runs for months, and then you want to stop paying for it. A subscription quietly bills someone who has moved on; the Claim Pass applies to one claim for 24 months and then simply ends. Most homeowners pay less that way — a property claim that involves rebuilding routinely outlasts seven monthly payments.

Where do I buy it?

In the iPhone app, through the App Store — a Claim Pass from inside the claim it will apply to, Plus from Settings → Your plan. Apple handles the payment, so we never see your card number. The web app and Android can't take payments yet (Android is planned); a pass or subscription bought on your iPhone applies to your account everywhere you sign in.

What about refunds and cancelling?

Purchases are made through Apple, so refund requests go to Apple and follow its refund policy — we don't process refunds ourselves. A Claim Pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Plus can be cancelled any time in your App Store subscription settings and runs to the end of the month you've already paid for.

I'm a contractor — what does Havn Pro cost?

Havn Pro is free until your third linked client, then $49 per seat per month, and billing starts only when your workspace owner turns it on. Details on the Havn Pro page.

Do I need to pay to get my documents back out?

No. The free tier generates reports (with a small credit line on them), exports your expenses as CSV, and lets you download the receipts you uploaded. Your data is yours on every plan, and deleting a claim is a permanent hard delete.

Is this cheaper than a public adjuster?

They aren't the same thing, so it's not really a comparison. A public adjuster is a licensed professional who represents you and typically charges a percentage of your settlement. Havn.ai is software that organizes your paperwork and explains your own documents — it doesn't represent you, negotiate, or advise. Plenty of people use both, and an organized claim makes a professional's time cheaper.

This is general information, not legal or insurance advice. Every policy is different, and only your own policy and your state's rules decide your claim. For advice, talk to your adjuster, a licensed public adjuster, or an attorney.
