Why we built Havn.ai

A property claim arrives at the worst possible week and asks you to become an administrator: read a policy you've never read, keep receipts you didn't plan to keep, compare estimates you can't interpret, and remember what an adjuster said on a phone call six weeks ago.

Almost nobody is good at that job, because almost nobody does it twice. Meanwhile the person on the other side of the claim does it every day, with software. That asymmetry is the reason money gets left behind — not bad faith so much as one side being organized and the other side living in a hotel with a shoebox of receipts.

Havn.ai closes exactly that gap. It reads the documents you already have and turns them into an organized claim: your coverage in plain numbers, your displacement costs in a running ledger, your belongings itemized, your estimates side by side, your letters explained, and a report you can hand to your adjuster. That's it. It doesn't represent you, and it doesn't promise an outcome.

The rules we build under

  • Never legal advice. We organize and explain. Advice about coverage, strategy or a dispute comes from your adjuster, a licensed public adjuster, or an attorney — and we say so on every answer and every page of every report.
  • The AI cites or it stays quiet. Answers quote your own documents, with the file and page. When your documents don't contain the answer, the answer is that they don't. It never invents a policy term to sound helpful.
  • You confirm the numbers. Anything extracted below our confidence threshold is flagged for review, and nothing unconfirmed moves a total.
  • Copy names only what the code does. Havn.ai organizes, records, drafts and explains. It never files, submits, schedules, sends, monitors or negotiates with an insurer — so no button says it does.
  • Your documents are yours. Private storage per account, links that expire in minutes, no ads, no data sold, and a hard delete that means it.

Who makes it

Havn.ai is a product of Webs Spun Right, LLC, a small US company. It's in beta — free to start on the web, with an iPhone app in private testing and Android planned. If something is broken, or a number looks wrong, we want to hear about it: info@myhavn.ai.

Where to start

  • How it works — the five-step loop, start to report.
  • Features — what it does with each kind of document.
  • Guides — free, plain-language help whether or not you use the app.
  • Privacy policy — every processor named.

Put this into practice

Havn.ai does the organizing for you: upload your policy, receipts, estimates and letters, and it reads them into an organized claim and a report you can hand to your adjuster. Free to start, in your browser.
